Simon Harding has extensive experience in employment law having worked in the field since the late 1990s.
He has taken cases as far as the Court of Appeal and has taken part in trials of up to 15 days length in discrimination cases, unfair dismissal cases, and ‘whistle-blowing’ cases.
He has a specialty in the overlap between employment law and immigration law but then also offers advice on general business law such as shareholder disputes. He has pioneered Direct Access work by barristers within chambers and has taken clients directly since 2005.
